Kart Hire - Corporate Hire

When it comes to entertaining clients and for business "bonding", Eastern Creek Karts is the ideal venue. At Eastern creek we offer a fun alternative to the corporate golf day.

Our corporate clients can enjoy the same thrills as a Formula One driver - including practice, qualifying and racing. All corporate drivers are supplied with race suits, helmets and full race results. Trophies and a photographer are also available by request.

Give your clients and staff a day with a difference. Karting is not only fantastic fun - its a great way to promote team building and staff bonding.

The Eastern Creek Karting complex offers the corporate sector the very best racing experience at an affordable price.

We cater for corporate conferences and seminars with a choice of menus from finger food to full silver service.

Standard Corporate Format

The Corporate day is set for 20 to 40 people. This is an individual person race, therefore every driver has his/her own kart for each heat and final.

Sample Itinerary:

  • Official welcome and registration
    (Teas, Coffee, Water, Juice & Biscuits)
  • Driver training and safety briefing, Warm up and heats 1, 2 and 3
  • Lunch break see menu
  • Heat four and five then
    Grand Final
  • Presentation and Awards

Cost of this Event:

  • $350.00 Per person - Weekdays
  • $375.00 Per person - Weekends
  • All costs are GST inclusive

General Corporate Event Information

  • Eastern Creek International Karting Raceway is the worlds largest and most sophisticated karting centre, with over 2 kilometres of track an up to 27 different configurations.
  • The High Performance Corporate Thunder Karts are built with Honda motors. These karts are capable of reaching speeds of up to 95kph with power that is instantaneous.
  • These karts have a tiny microchip fitted which records all lap speeds and a lap by lap analysis. This information is stored in a database so each driver receives a complete record of times for the day.
  • All safety gear including helmets, race-suits, gloves and hairnets are supplied.
  • High tech computerised lap scoring system which provides an in-depth lap by lap analysis print-out as the race happens. Lap times are also displayed on television monitors.
  • Your company is more than welcome to display banners of your company, product and services at the track whilst your companies event is in progress.

Conditions

  • A non-refundable deposit of $500 is to be paid when you make a booking to confirm your time. Final payment is to be made on the day of racing. If you book a certain number of people the deposit will not be refunded if they cancel or do not turn up. You must pay for the number of people you book for, including the racing and the catering. If you wish to be invoiced, please notify Eastern Creek customer relations host prior to the event.
  • Bookings should be made at least 1 month in advance to guarantee the date you wish to hold your event.
