Kart Hire - Enduro Racing

OK, so you have tried your hand (and feet) at karting, advanced to Corporate Thunder Racing Karts and posted a top ten qualifying time.

Feeling pretty confident, right? Good, because now its race time.

Here is your opportunity to step out on an international circuit in a full blown 6-hour endurance race kart, honing your skill wheel to wheel against 20 competitors.

This is the ultimate adrenaline rush.

Endurance Racing is conducted with teams of 2-6 drivers using the high performance Corporate Thunder karts. Your friends, family or work colleagues can all join in.

The race is run over a six-hour period and the team which completes the most laps within that time is declared the winner.

Teams must adopt shrewd tactics to plan pit stops, refuelling, driver changeovers and race strategy.

The Team Enduro Event

These events are set for 20 or more people and is a team building exercise. You must have a minimum of 10 karts and 2 people per team.

• 20-30 People: Minimum of 10 Karts
• 31-60 People: Minimum of 15 karts
• 61 or more People: 20 Karts

The event organiser needs to bring along a list of drivers names with a name for each team and a team Captain for every team. The event can run from 1 to 8 hours.

Sample Itinerary:

• Official welcome and registration
• Driver training and safety briefing
• Warm up
• Team Enduro event
• Dinner or lunch break (see menu)
• Presentation of awards
• Select from a wide range of trophies

The Event Cost:

• $195.00 Per Kart, per hour - Weekdays
  PLUS $15.00 Per person for a 5 minute warm up
• $210.00 Per Kart, per hour - Weekends
  PLUS $15.00 Per person for a 5 minute warm up
• All costs are GST inclusive

General Enduro Event Information

• Eastern Creek International Karting Raceway is the worlds largest and most sophisticated karting centre, with over 2 kilometres of track an up to 27 different configurations.
• The High Performance Corporate Kart are built with Briggs and Stratton motors, These karts are capable of reaching speeds of up to 95kph with power that is instantaneous.
• These karts have a tiny microchip fitted which records all lap speeds and a lap by lap analysis. This information is stored in a database so each driver receives a complete record of times for the day.
• All safety gear including helmets, race-suits, gloves and hairnets are supplied.
• High tech computerised lap scoring system which provides an in-depth lap by lap analysis print-out as the race happens. Lap times are also displayed on television monitors.
• Your company is more than welcome to display banners of your company, product, services at the track whilst your company's event is in progress.

Conditions

• A non-refundable deposit of $500 needs to be paid when you make a booking to confirm your time. Final payment is to be made on the day of racing. If you book a certain number of people the deposit will not be refunded if they cancel out or do not turn up. You must pay for the number of people you book for, including the racing and the catering. If you wish to be invoiced, please notify Eastern Creek customer relations host prior to the event.

• All bookings should be made at least 1 month in advance to guarantee your event date.
