Kart Hire - Grand Prix
The Mini Grand Prix and Reduced Grand Prix: These are a series of quick, head to head races followed by a Grand Final.
These events are great for birthday parties, bucks parties, Christmas parties, a work night out or just fun with friends or workmates.

The Mini Grand Prix
This is an event for 10 to 20 people over a three hour period. If you have more than 20 people and would like to do this event, please speak to our staff.
Sample Itinerary:
- Official welcome and registration
- Driver training and safety briefing
- Warm up
- Heat 1 and Heat 2
- Heat 3 and Heat 4
- Grand Final
- Presentation of Awards (Select from a wide range of trophies, at additional cost)
The Event Cost:
- $195.00 Per person - Weekdays (After 4.00PM on Friday weekend rates apply)
- $210.00 Per person - Weekends
- All costs are GST inclusive
The Reduced Mini Grand Prix
This is an event for 7 to 20 people over a two hour period. (Minimum 10 on weekends and in November and December). If you have over 20 people and would like to do this event please speak to our staff.

- Warm up
- Heats 1 and Heat 2
- Grand Final
- Presentation of Awards (Select from a wide range of trophies, at additional cost)
The Event Cost:
- $150.00 Per person - Weekdays (After 4.00PM on Fridays weekend rates apply)
- $160.00 Per person - Weekends
- All costs are GST inclusive
General Grand Prix Event Information
- The High Performance Corporate Thunder Karts are built with Briggs and Stratton motors. These karts are capable of reaching speeds of up to 95kph with power that is instantaneous.
- These karts have a tiny microchip fitted which records all lap speeds and a lap by lap analysis. This information is stored in a database so each driver receives a complete record of times in their event.
- All safety gear including helmets, race-suits, gloves and hairnets are supplied
- High tech computerised lap scoring system which provides an in-depth lap by lap analysis print-out as the race happens. Lap times are also displayed on television monitors.
- Your company is more than welcome to display banners of your company, product and services at the track whilst your company's event is in progress.
Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is to be paid when you make a booking to confirm your time. Final payment is to be made on the day of racing. If you book a certain number of people the deposit will not be refunded if they cancel or do not turn up. You must pay for a minimum number of people including the racing and the catering. If you wish to be invoiced, please notify Eastern Creek customer relations host prior to the event.
- Bookings shall be made at least 1 month in advance to guarantee the date you wish to hold your event.
