Eastern Creek Karts - Go-Karts, Functions and Kart Hire

Please be advised that Eastern Creek Karts will be closed from 5.00pm Thursday 1st July 2010 and will re open at 9.00am Friday 2nd July 2010. Management apologises for any inconvenience.

The following is a letter we received from one of our customers in response to an incident which occurred on the track on 10th June, 2010.

Dear Garry,

I wish to express to you my admiration for your staff, for the work & actions they undertook last night after an incident on the track.

A fellow racer in the SKS, appeared to have a heart attack during the pre race qualifying session. Your staff immediately sprang into action, assisting the driver, clearing the track, notifying the emergency services & seeing to the overall safety of all in attendance. Each & every one of them did their job & I'm sure the driver is alive today as a result of the swift action.

Garry you should be commended for the training you put your people through. It was evident last night, as everything that should have been done was done without fuss or panic. They all acted in a professional manner. You should be immensely proud of your staff.

I have been coming to events at your track for 12 years & each time I have seen nothing that would put a doubt in my mind that Eastern Creek Karts' staff are well trained & last night's incident is a reflection on you, the management & staff of your company. Well done.

Please pass on to all your staff involved my congratulations for a job well done.

It's the longest karting track in Australia, and has never before been available to the general public. Held on Thursday, July 1 at 6:00pm, the Enduro consists of a 20 minute qualifying session, followed by a 2 hour race.
