The Track

Eastern Creek International Karting Raceway is the most advanced and professional kart racing circuit in Australia , and undoubtedly one of the finest in the world.

The circuit has a total of two kilometres of the best quality Bitumen available. The racing surface was produced by Boral and is the finest ever laid on a kart circuit. The Silverstone Grand Prix circuit in England is the only other circuit in the world with an equivalent surface. This surface cost almost half a million dollars alone.

  • The circuit has numerous configurations
  • It is has the most sophisticated timing system of any track in Australia
  • Eastern Creek run the most modern and fastest hire karts available.
  • As well as the daily running of hire karting, the circuit is also used for Club and professional racing. The circuit is also the home to the North Shore Kart Club
  • Early 1999 saw Eastern Creek in conjunction with the North Shore Kart Club host the biggest professional kart race ever in Australia: The 1999 Oceania Championships
  • Since the North Shore Kart Club moved to Eastern Creek its membership has grown to over 1000 members and is now Australias largest registered AKA club
